Hi, I'm Michelle Licata. I grew up right here in Lafayette and even went to Angevine myself! I have been teaching since 2005 when I recieved my Bachelors degree and teaching license from Metro State College in Denver. I have taught in Broomfield, Westminster, Brighton and now am excited to return to the Lafayette community. Before coming to Angevine I had been working as a reading interventionist in Westminster Public Schools. During that time I also received my English Language Development endorsement. I just completed my Masters degree in Reading from Grand Canyon University last March.

I live nearby with my husband, daughter and our miniature Schnauzer Oreo. My daughter also went to Angevine and Centaurus. She is starting at CU Denver this fall!

When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, hiking, going to the movies, listening to music or reading.
